Supporting every member of the Miller’s Vanguard team is our purpose-built Training Academy, MV+6. City & Guilds assured, this academy delivers structured daily coaching and development to all operational divisions and customers. It focuses on refreshing knowledge, learning new tools, and refining techniques.

MV+6 also boasts an in-house apprenticeship program, dedicated to developing the next generation of engineers and technicians.

In addition, our Research and Development team within MV+6 is at the forefront of innovation. They proactively identify opportunities for improvement, update existing Service Operating Procedures and Method Statements based on data-led fault trends, and create new disciplines and products for the wider business.
