MV+1 Reactive Engineering

Miller’s is renowned for our Reactive Engineering division, MV+1. Supported by our National Service Response Operations Centre, this team of over 120 highly trained electro-mechanical engineers are on call 24/7, 364 days a year, with each engineer an expert in foodservice maintenance.

The primary goal of our reactive maintenance service is to ensure equipment availability across our customers’ estates. Our mature operational model prioritises critical calls, ensuring rapid response times and first-time fix rates exceeding 90%.

Our engineers deliver this service with extensive expertise and a comprehensive stock of critical components on their vans, backed by our central parts stock warehouse and distribution network, enabling fast and efficient service.
