Reducing energy consumption and waste

With energy use high on the agenda of all companies, Miller’s work hard to cut waste and reduce consumption, both in our own operations and for our customers. 

Our scheduled maintenance model is the only one in the UK which combines a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visit and Technical Hygienic Deep clean in one operation, immediately halving all mileage to attend site to affect both activities simultaneously.

Recycling to reduce environmental impact

Our refurbishment and recycling processes reduce waste across the business, and where waste is unavoidable, we are fully compliant with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations through Valpak.

Our renowned Refurbishment Factory recycles devices back into our customer estates, supported by our in-house PCB repair facilities where old PCB’s are recycled and returned back into our customers estates.
